Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Role

Our platform acts as a learning management system (LMS), a hosting environment for educational content, and a payment/subscription management system. We are not responsible for the educational content itself, which is provided by teachers.

3. Teacher Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate course information
  • Respect student privacy
  • Not upload illegal or harmful content
  • Manage their classes responsibly

Teachers are fully responsible for their content and student interactions.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Use their own account only
  • Not share access with others
  • Respect device and class access rules
  • Not record or redistribute protected content

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • Subscriptions may be monthly, yearly, or lifetime depending on teacher settings
  • Some enrollments may be manually activated by teachers if payment is made outside the platform
  • Refunds are only issued where legally required

6. Content Ownership

  • Teachers retain full ownership of their content
  • By uploading content, teachers grant the platform permission to host and deliver it to enrolled students
  • Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing or redistributing course content
  • Attempting to bypass security systems
  • Using multiple accounts to access restricted content
  • Recording live sessions or videos
  • Reselling access to classes

8. Content Protection & Enforcement

  • Anti-screen recording detection
  • Watermarking (optional or dynamic)
  • Device locking per class
  • Access monitoring systems

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, loss of access to purchased content, and legal action in severe cases.

9. Account Suspension

  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating platform rules
  • Restrict access to content without prior notice in serious cases
  • Investigate suspicious activities

10. Seasonal & Inactive Mode (Teachers)

  • Pause their academy during off-seasons
  • Keep all content stored safely
  • Resume at any time
  • Benefit from reduced hosting fees during inactivity

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data due to user actions
  • Teacher content accuracy
  • Internet or device issues affecting access
  • Unauthorized student behavior outside the platform

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.
